1、 Overview:
The factors that directly affect the service life and performance stability of fluorine lined fittings and pipelines after years of practical use are temperature, pressure, medium, etc. High quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes are the quality assurance for PTFE lining products. Since the introduction and research of integral molded polytetrafluoroethylene lining technology, our company has successfully developed integral molded lining products through years of unremitting efforts by engineering and technical personnel. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. High operating temperature: Under strong corrosive medium conditions, it can meet the operating temperature range of -60 ℃ to 200 ℃. Within this temperature range (except for molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine, and aromatic hydrocarbons), it can meet all chemical media.
2. Vacuum resistance: It can be used under vacuum conditions within the range of -60 ℃ to 150 ℃. In chemical production, local vacuum conditions are often caused by cooling, vertical discharge, and asynchronous operation of pumps and valves.
3. High pressure resistance: Within the temperature range, it can withstand a usage pressure of up to 3Mpa.
4. Anti permeability: High quality resin is selected and processed into a high-density, sufficiently thick PTFE lining layer through advanced lining technology, giving the product superior anti permeability.
5. The overall molding and sintering process lining solves the problem of steel fluorine cold and hot expansion, enabling synchronous expansion and contraction.
6. Standardized size configuration is adopted, especially for the pipes and fittings used in chemical pipelines, which have strong interchangeability, providing great convenience for installation and spare parts.

2、 Design features:
Using a reasonable formula of polytetrafluoroethylene resin and integral molding, the PTFE plastic is thermally fused with the steel pipe substrate. Make the entire fluorine lined pipe (piece) have the following characteristics:
a. No overlapping seams, impact resistance, aging resistance, and resistance to positive and negative pressure. Smooth surface, any shape of steel can be lined.
b. Applicable temperature: -60~200 ℃
c. Universal pressure: -0.07Mpa to 2.5Mpa

3、 Purpose:

(4) Allow negative pressure Dn ≤ 250 ℃ to be -0.09Mpa

UPVC material: acid and corrosion resistant 50%, operating temperature -10 ℃ -70 ℃

Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) material: acid and corrosion resistant 70%, operating temperature -40 ℃ -95 ℃

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material: acid and corrosion resistance 100%, operating temperature -40 ℃ -140 ℃
